This luxury home nestled between two private lakes on 27 wooded acres in Athens, Texas is an easy one hour drive from downtown Dallas and Tyler. The property offers an escape into East Texas countryside. Dos Lagos is the ideal location for a family or large groups to explore all that East Texas has to offer or host your next event. The combined 8000 square foot main home and guest house have 6 bedrooms sleeping 28 comfortably.

The Space

Dos Lagos offers spacious living and dining areas with picturesque views, as well as outdoor seating and recreation spaces, provide plenty of room for your group to come together. While we encourage you to unplug and enjoy the views, the large office allows room for multiple people to work while escaping the bustle of the city. The Olympic style swimming pool, tennis court, portable pickleball court, fire pit, theater setup, tree house and pirate ships two lakes and trails all located within our private gates ensures every guest will enjoy their time at Dos Lagos.

The main house is a single level home with 4 k in suite bedrooms and 4.5 baths with a sleeper sofa in the office. There is plenty of space for people to congregate and meals to be shared. The guest house is a short 30 feet away with a private bedroom and bathroom. The common space offers an additional sleeper sofa as well as pool table, dartboard and theater setup. The back patio overlooks the gated swimming pool allowing you direct access. Welcome to your vacation oasis!
