Pet Policies

Dos Lagos welcomes well-behaved domestic pets with a $250 refundable deposit per pet. Please adhere to our pet guidelines for a harmonious stay.

• No more than two domestic pets (no exotic or wild animals)
• Weigh no more than 80 lbs. each.
• Non-aggressive breeds.
• Kept from entering the lake and pool.
• Kept off furniture.
• Inside and out sanitation maintained and disposed.
• $250 deposit for each pet, refundable if cleaning staff determines no damage or soiling.
• Assume liability for any pet related incident.

Water Safety

Pool is gated. Life jackets provided in various sizes. Please bring your own if you are worried about a specific size. There is no barrier around the lake. Pool towels are provided.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to booking are nonrefundable. Anything before that time will have a $100 cancellation fee.

Cleaning Policy

$600 cleaning fee. Additional cleaning during your rental is available upon request. Please let us know when booking your stay so we can arrange for our housekeeping team to be on-site each day of your stay.

Golf Cart Rental

Our rental property offers convenient golf cart rentals at just $75 per day, per golf cart, providing an easy and enjoyable way to explore the area and enhance your stay.
